1. Applicability: These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to the purchase and sale of products and hardware through the DHG Tech Solutions LLC website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including limitations on available inventory, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • All prices posted are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
  • We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
  • Payment must be received in full prior to order processing and shipment.

4. Product Specifications and Manufacturing Tolerances: Due to the custom manufacturing processes utilized for our products, including additive manufacturing (3D printing):

  • Hardware and components may exhibit minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, or slight color variations between batches. These are inherent characteristics of the production process and do not constitute functional defects.
  • While we strive for strict dimensional accuracy, standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all parts.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the physical and thermal material specifications of the purchased components are suitable for your specific application and operating environment.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the checkout process.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier.
  • Any shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns for defective, damaged, or non-conforming products within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Custom-manufactured items, modified components, or items subjected to improper installation, misuse, or abnormal wear and tear are strictly non-refundable.
  • To initiate a return for a defective item, you must contact our support team to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability: DHG Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, or inability to use our products. In no event shall our maximum liability for any claim exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law: All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.
